Architect and urban planner.Awarded Second Prix de Rome(1967) for a home project for Europe in Paris. Member of the agency SCAU (Maxime Barbier, Bernard Cabannes, Luc Delamain, Francois Gillard, Michel Macary, Aymeric Zublena). Chief architect of the new town of Marne-la-Vallée (1967-1992). President of the Academy of Architecture( 2002 -2005). Elected member of the Academy of Fine Arts of the Institute of France 2008 the chair of Maurice Novarina (1907-2002).
