French ar­chi­tect of Pe­ru­vian de­scent. Study and first vo­ca­tio­nal ex­pe­ri­en­ces in Peru. 1959 – 64 de­ve­l­o­ped sin­gle fa­mily hou­ses and hou­sing sett­le­ments, which show the in­flu­ence of the clas­si­cal mo­dern trend still. 1964 come Ci­riani with a state scho­lar­ship to Paris. While the first ten years is in­vol­ved it as co­wor­kers of dif­fe­rent architect’s of­fices in im­portant com­pe­ti­ti­ons. In this time de­ve­lops an ar­chi­tec­ture, which tries with the new aes­t­he­tic means of the Pop kind from the clas­si­cal mo­dern trend to eman­zi­pie­ren (air­port Lu­xem­bourg, 1967; City hall Ams­ter­dam, 1967). 1976 own of­fice. To 1982 large hou­sing de­ve­lop­ments in Noisy (1980 and 1981) and Saint Denis (1982). 1983 “Grand Prix na­tio­nal de l’Architecture”. 1989 kin­der­gar­ten in Torcy. Ci­riani cha­rac­te­ri­zes an ar­chi­tec­ture of the plas­tic, geo­metri­cal spa­ti­al­ness, which freed them­sel­ves from the dog­mas of the clas­si­cal mo­dern trend and these in best tra­di­tion de­ve­l­o­ped fur­ther.
