The Project was awarded by a Diploma of the International Architectural Festival “Zodchestvo-2004” in the “Projects” nomination and by a Diploma of the International Architectural Festival “Zodchestvo-2007” in the «Realized Buildings” nomination.
The Project was also a Laureate of the Competition for the “Best Realized Project in the Field of Investment and Construction in 2008” in the “Residential Buildings and Complexes with Enhanced Comfort” nomination.
The residential complex is located in the north-west of Moscow at the territory of the former airdrome. The dwellings are constructed as a different-storied amphitheater turned to the central part of the Khodynka field and occupying an area of 30 hectares. The lower floors of houses are meant for social and cultural facilities and business. The maximum height of the towers is 30 floors, the lengthy houses have variable height: from 5 to 14 storeys. The building structure is formed by two residential groups allocated in a form of an arc that goes around the territory from the south and includes 4 towers and the “Sail-house”. On the east side, the Sports and Entertainment Center adjoins the territory. The frame system and free layout allow for redevelopment and integration of rooms and apartments. All apartments have glassed-in loggias.
