RIVA D’LAGO

Riva D’Lago is a conceptual design of an exciting mixed-use development on Lake of the Ozarks. Situated on a peninsula that slopes dramatically down to the waterfront, the 1.38 million square foot development includes a five-star hotel, state-of-the art conference facility, spa, and luxury townhomes and condos. The nearly 350,000 square foot hotel comprises 306 rooms on nine levels, covered parking, a 42,000 square foot conference center, and a 42,000 square foot spa. The facilities step down the hillside, generating spectacular views of water from both guest rooms and public spaces. There are 18 townhomes each with its own pool and 96 condo units, all of which are “through units,” containing no central internal corridor with views in both directions.
